[New Hero Suggestion] - Dracula

So I looked at this Dracula guy and it turns out he is pretty badass gentleman. Blood sucking, leaving thousands dead in his wake, six houndred years old gentleman mind affecting hundreds of people and having more working for him and cults praising him. Only problem would be the sunlight which shines over Marvel Heroes but for the promise of working with heroes Mr. Fantastic will give him temporary serum, made from Blade's cells, that should fix that problem. So he is ready to beat some bad guys.

Name

Introduction

Born to Transylvanian nobility in 1430, Vlad Dracula would eventually become the world's most powerful vampire. Driven by lusts for power, companionship, and blood, his centuries of undead existence have brought him into conflict with vampire hunters, other immortals, and, most recently, super-powered heroes. Dracula has a vast network of loyal servants, cultists, brides, and minions, who assist him and will attempt to resurrect him if he is slain.

At the turn of the nineteenth century, Dracula fought Jonathan Harker, Abraham Van Helsing, Mina Harker, John Seward, and Quincey Morris. This conflict is chronicled in Bram Stoker's Dracula. After his apparent death, Dracula was resurrected by accident from the Frankenstein monster. Later Dracula caught wind of Clan Akkaba, which was a large following of the god-mutant Apocalypse, the same Apocalypse who brought about his downfall as Vlad the Impaler. Using his extensive resources to find more out about the Clan, Dracula began attacking them, killing off their members rigorously. He then manipulated the now vampiric Clansmen to do his will from within the clan, turning all but a handful of the members into Dracula's undead army, who also had mutant abilities thanks to the blood of Apocalypse flowing through their veins.

After many battles between the remaining Apocalypse followers, along with the vampire hunter Abraham van Helsing and Dracula's army, Apocalypse managed to impale Vlad through the heart. Apocalypse refused to take Abraham's advice, though, and did not do anything to keep Dracula permanently killed.

Powers and Skills

Vampirism: Dracula has fangs and claws that he can hide or elongate. He can quickly drain a victim of blood. Dracula, like all other vampires, is capable of transforming an individual into a vampire by biting them. A special enzyme found only within vampire saliva is responsible for this transformation.

Dracula is one of the most powerful vampires second maybe only to the first vampire Varnae. All his atributes are even greatly enhanced than those of regular vampires.

Super strenght allowing to lift 4 tons, breake Blades sword, block Collosus punch and send him flying with his own. Super speed and agility. With ease Dracula can catch crossbow bolts and when he runs he becomes just a blur.

Regenerative Healing Factor: Dracula is capable of regenerating damaged or destroyed tissue to a great extent. Dracula can fully heal from multiple gunshots and severe burns within a matter of minutes. The more full of blood he is or more blood he will consume the greater the regeneration.

Immortality: Dracula is functionally immortal in the sense that he is immune to the effects of aging and is immune to all known Earthly diseases as long as he ingests fresh blood on a regular basis to maintain his vitality. Once killed, Dracula's power is such that he can resurrect himself under the proper conditions. if incinerated (as by sunlight or fire), Dracula can reconstitute himself if his ashes are placed in a coffin filled with soil from his homeland. If staked through the heart, Dracula can regenerate once the stake is removed.

Hypnotism: Dracula is able to hypnotize others by gazing into their eyes for a short period of time. As Lord of Vampires, Dracula can compel other vampires to follow his orders unless their willpower is strong enough to resist him.

Mind Control: A person bitten by Dracula is able to be influenced by him through a sort of empathic link. Only beings of exceptionally strong wills are capable of resisting him.

Shapeshifting: Dracula is able to shape shift into bats, rats, a wolf, and mist. He can also turn into human-sized or larger wolfen and bat-like forms.

Sorcery: Dracula is a very powerful magician. He is able to summon and command lesser vampires, undead, packs of wild dogs, bats, and rats. Weather Manipulation: He has considerable control over the elements and weather, enough to oppose Storm or Thor.

Abilities:
Vlad is very inteligent, he is great swordsman, tactician and have wide spread connections around the world.

Power Trees

Secondary Resource
Blood Meter. Above your health bar is a blood meter that is split in two. It starts full and depletes [from right to the left] with time and faster when you are hit and use Straining Powers [tagged SP]. The right half ["Well Fed"] can deplete without harm for you but theleft one ["Hunger"] while depleting reduces your defenses, damage and hp/5. Biting regenerates this bar, more so if you bite bleeding target. Bite powers are tagged.

Bites have also second function. If bleeding boss is bit you can gain some temporary buff or power if that boss isn't a regular human. From some bosses you will get +dmg from othes +cirt or +deflect, hp/5 etc. So for example blood of Asgardian Loki will power up your magic in a big way. When the buff effect is in place the Blood Meter bar glows and depletes slower for the duration.

This I'm not sure, it ca be too hard to implement or too much work - Some bosses might give more interesting buffs like for example Super Skrull would make: Your wolves and bats be invisible dealing more dmg from surprise attacks, your broad swipe hand would be made of stone and your lightning would create a fire nova.

  • Fangs and claws
    Vampiric bite, claw strikes and hits with the back of masters hand. Excelent swordplay and impalement. Changing into giant bat and huge wolf to attack your enemies differently.

  • Mystic Powers
    Hypnotising and controlling minds. Controlling the powers of nature bringing down thunder and huricane. Summoning wolves and bats to dispatch your enemies. At the end creating a new vampire.

Fangs and claws

Broad Swipes Basic, Melee lvl 1

  • Hit your enemies dismissevly in a almost half circle in front of you. Once in five hits extend your claws and slash your enemies leaving bleeding wounds. Medium speed.
    Dmg X
    Dmg X 2/s Bleed – hits with claws
    Knockback – hits with the back of the hand

Dash Movement, Melee lvl 1

  • With arms to the sides you run which looks like a fast glaiding bat.
    Dmg X
    Chance to cause fear

Vampiric Bite Melee, Bite lvl 1

  • It's not a romantic bite while dancing under the pale moon in the moonlinght shadow it casts. It's more like ripping of a chunk of muscles and spiting them on the ground.
    Jump to the target [short range] and bite the neck dealin damage and if the wounds are already opened consume blood to regenerate.
    Dmg X
    Cooldown small
    If target is bleeding recover X hp and X spirit

Immortal Swordsman Melee

  • Hundreds years of swordplay thaught you more than any mortal swordsman can learn. Black Knight died from the first strike.
    Expertly hit enemies in front of you hiting their vital points dispatching them with ease or living letting them bleed out. Medium-Fast.
    Dmg X
    +Crit chance
    Dmg X 2/s Bleed

Flight Travel

  • Dignity travels with me. Over pessants and mortals.
    Fly with standing position similar to Doctor Doom.
    Travel speed 1000

Bat form Melee, SP [change], Bite

  • Folklor came from somewhere. It came from usefulness of quick manuvering and comfortable biting the screaming victims.
    Change into a giant bat. You move faster, go over obstacles, an are harder to hit. As a bat you can't stop in place you fly forward toward the cursor, if the cursor is closer you fly slower. When you use this power again you dive from the air hiting enemies in a small area and go up again. Using any other power change you back to your humanoid form.
    +X Movement speed
    +X Dodge
    Dmg X
    Small cooldown shared with Wolf form
    If enemies hit are bleeding recover X hp and X spirit

Vampire fury Melee, Area, Bite

  • So much blood. And it's all traped inside all of you. Let's change that. Let's change that right now!
    Target enemy in an area around you. Dash becoming a blur hiting enemies in area around you with your claws and sword. At the end bite targeted enemy ending near him. Vampire fury first hits the targeted enemy then preffers hitting different enemies.
    Dmg X x11
    Dmg X bite - more
    Dmg X 2/s Bleed
    Cooldown on the longer side
    Regenerate X hp from the bite at the end.

Masters Hand Melee

  • You don't deserve to even speek to me you pest and you try to fight me? Insolence.
    Hit with your open hand [back and front] strong enough that it can break neck of a horse or send row of people flying. Very Slow attack speed. Big cone in front of you [more narrow than Broad Swipes but extending further].
    Dmg X big
    Knockback strong
    +Dmg and stronger knockback if used just after Broad Swipes hits with the back hand portion of attack.

Wolf form Melee, SP [change]

  • Hunting through night, stalking your pray, but never howling to the moon. You are not filthy lycantrop you just use this form not the other way around.
    Change into a big wolf. You move faster and are harder to stop. When you use this power again you do a dash which lenght depends of how far your cursor is. If at the end of the dash there is an enemy you deal dmg in a small cone. Used almost in place but in front of you over an enemy make you attack him again but from different angle, done repeatedly make you jump around him biting time and time again. Using any other power change you back to your humanoid form.
    +X Movement speed
    +X Tenacity
    Dmg X
    Small cooldown shared with Bat form

Tepes Melee

  • They don't call you Vlad the Merciful.
    Stab your enemy with the sword then rise him on your blade imapiling him.

    Allways crits
    +Dmg if used just after Immortal Swordsman
    Cooldown

Mystic Powers

Fog form

  • No matter what you want do to me I have a method of making your efforst go in vain.
    Change into the fog. You become invulnerable. If you don't move at the beginig you look like smoky vissage of yourself but when you move you become a horizontal fog cloud to the end of this power. Outside of area around you, you are considered stealth. If you go outside of field of vision of enemies that were in this area you are considered stealth also to them. As fog you can move fast and freely for Xs. Second activation or end of the time changes you back into regular form. For Xs [2s?] you have adventage of surprise gaining +X critical hit and +X critical dmg.
    Small Cooldown

Lightning Ranged, Area, SP

  • Only a supposed god of thunder could match my power. No one else is safe from rath of the sky made by my hand.
    Throw your hands into the air summoning lightning like a wide pillar of electricity. It hits the ground shocking small area around it. Slow attack speed.
    Dmg X
    Stun
    Vulnerable

Hypnotize Summon

  • Say goodbye to your free will. You would have waste it anyway.
    Look into the eyes of your pray and turn it into your Servant. Enemy have to be biological and under X% hp to turn. Those slaves serve you untill you dissmis them or until they die. You can have up to 6 servants.
    Cooldown
    Servant stats: X

Wolves Summon, SP

  • Few friendly sets of jaws. Friendly to me ofcourse.
    Four wolves apear near you, two at each side. Another use of this power shows direction from the place they are in which they will run biting enemies on their way until again become AI controlled. Summon lasts Xs. One version of Wolves can be active. If you assume Wolf form and attack the same pray Wolves deal +X dmg for Xs.

    Wolf stats: X

Blizard Ranged, Area, SP

  • I controll the blizard as I have controlled the Storm.
    Create a strong wind blowing in target area in a circle and summon snowfall in that area making it an unrelentless blizard. Only one blizard can be active.
    Dmg X 2/s
    Slow attack and movement speed that lingers for 4s after leaving the area.

Kill each other Area, SP

  • Controll minds of enemies in target area forcing them to fight eachother.
    Confuse Xs
    +X dmg, attack speed.
    Cooldown

Bats Summon, Area, SP

  • From all the attics in the neighbourhood and from all the caves in the region ... no. I just need you all to deal with them to be bitten so here are the bats.
    Swarm of bats shows up in the target area as one biting entity. [Animation: In their own circle they fly around in the air few swooping down, few going up and changing with other. Non stop moving and attacking.] This swarm moves on it's own but another use of this power shows them target area where they fly fast [not attacking on the way] and start attacking for 1-2s. After that time they preffer to attack enemies that were in that area and follow them prioritising stronger enemies. Summon lasts Xs. One version of Bats can be active. Bats leave small bleed. If you assume Bat form and fly through the swarm swarm moves faster and attacks faster for Xs.

Young Vampire Signature, Summon, SP

  • Taste the power and the unlife. Have a little fun and stop being so, so mortal. Hahaha!
    Change target enemy that you have biten in last minute or target Hypnotized Servant near you into a vampire.Young vampire is a strong help but after a time vampire chooses his freedom and runs away.

Ultimate

Lord of Vampires
They've called me the Devil, Dragon, Father Death, Prince of Darkness, Satan, Lord of the Damned, Lord of the Undead. I am Vlad the Impaler, Lord of Vampires!

Change into more vampiristic form elongating your claws, fangs, growin in size and gaining more animalistic look. Turning into a demonic looking half-humanoid were-bat. Your other forms also look more impresive. Wolf becomes even bigger and demonic looking, Bat have gargoyle-demonic-dragon look to him.

Besides getting stronger you summon small army of undead. 4 vampires materialise around you and immediately start attacking. If you have Hypnotized servants, vampires show next to them and bite up to 4 of them which gives those vampires aditional strenght. Young Vampire stays until the end of the ultimate even if he would run away in it's duration.

+Dmg, Crit dmg, Brut dmg
You take -10% dmg
+Hp 5/s [Regenerate X% hp per 5s]
Spirit regen despite power use, Bites regenerate additional spirit.
Strain Powers don't deplete the blood meter.

Not sure if its intended but i found out that rogues toggles you can only have one active even though im under the limit for passives so i cannot have shifting sands and osmium skin active at the same time no where in the tool tip does it say u can only have one toggle active...... am i missing something here or is it just the combo of these specific 2 passive/toggles

what are you looking for in an enhanced costume?

I'll tell you what I'm looking for in one. something that applies to these 4 criteria (not necessarily in that order):

*originate from the mainstream universe (616, that is)
*is female by birth (sorry, lady loki :()
*has hair showing
*has face (mostly) showing

as I see it, the only ones right now that apply to these criteria are kate bishop and rachel cole. go ahead and throw jane foster into that list if you're willing to compromise for half a face. of course, I'm willing to overlook one of these criteria if the costume in question is good enough. that is something that can't be described officially by criteria, but by something that you just look at and say to yourself "I want that".
I know of one enhanced skin that I want that doesn't apply to all of these rules (or at least just one of these rules) and that's the original nick fury. but I can't imagine him ever making it into the game, considering that marvel now wants to pretend that he never existed in the first place (at least shuma-gorath that have to be alone anymore, heh :D).
there are some that I can think of that could apply to these criteria and make it into the game as enhanced costumes, one of which I think SHOULD make it into the game through the upcoming event, but may or may not because it doesn't really depend on me (or nobody else in the fanbase, for that matter), is clea. and so far there's no indication whether she will actually make it into this event, so I might as well give up all my hopes :(.

anyways, feel free to share what you would like to see in an enhanced skin. I would like to hear what you think.

HELLSTORM (DAIMON HELLSTROM)

I actually started this side by side with Satana, but finished Satana first and then got delayed by real life issues, writer's block, etc. Nevertheless, here's Hellstorm (Daimon Hellstrom). Hope it makes for good reading! :-D

TLDR version: Denying his infernal heritage, the Son of Satan (or rather the demon calling himself Satan, Marduk Kurios), uses his abilities for the betterment of mankind, but has at times succumbed to his darker, demonic side, even clashing brutally with the forces of both Heaven and Hell. Powers

Even before becoming a Lord of Hell, Hellstorm possessed a vast degree and array of mystical powers, drawn from his half-demonic heritage, his Darksoul, and the Netheranium trident stolen from his father. He has the strength of a hundred men and is more durable than the average human, and he can use mystic energy to augment these attributes greatly. He commands both earthly fire and soul fire, which can be used as a force blast and to harm an entity’s spirit. He uses the trident to channel this energy, as well as to blast it behind him to enable him to fly. He has an impressive variety of spell-like powers. By inter-dimensional travel through Hell, he can affect teleportation of himself and others. He has shown an impressive though seldom used power over time; at least once traveling into ancient history, and on another occasion manipulating temporal flow to manifest sunlight when battling a vampire. He can also sense occult energies, heal himself and others, and ‘tear’ thoughts from the minds of others.

Since becoming a Lord of Hell, he is conceivably as powerful in his own realm as such beings as Mephisto, Satannish, or Thog.

In Marvel Heroes

I've divided Daimon's power set into three aspects that I feel most reflect his abilities; Netharanium Trident, Darksoul, and Lord of Hell. No doubt this is taking some liberties with his evolution in the lore, but I feel the strongest of his aspects need to be reflected in a playable Hellstorm. Keeping and using all three gives Daimon some interesting options, for instance, access to the Bailiff of Madness. More below.


Hero Stats

I've left his Strength at 4 to reflect his continued possession of the Darksoul.


Hero Synergies

  • First Synergy: 1% bonus damage rating

  • Second Synergy: 1% bonus damage rating


SECONDARY RESOURCE : Scorched Earth

  • total of 20 pips

  • +1 pip per proc of Hell on Earth

  • each pip = +1% damage bonus to Hell on Earth effects
  • each pip = +1% chance to set any enemy taking damage from a Hell on Earth on fire for +X Energy damage twice per seond for 5 seconds
  • each pip = +0.5% chance to slow the movement and attack speed of enemy taking damage from a Hell on Earth by 40%
  • each pip = +0.2% chance to stun any enemy taking damage from a Hell on Earth for 2 seconds
  • Hell on Earth effects gain 10% vulnerability to enemies taking damage from its effect at 10 pips and higher
  • Hell on Earth effects gain 10% weakening of attack damage by enemies taking damage from its effect at 20 pips
  • pips drain away at a rate of 1 per 2 seconds when Daimon is out of combat for more than 20 seconds

Power Trees:

The trident serves as both a weapon and a focus for Daimon's powers. While he is not dependent on it, he can and does use it to amplify his power.

Trident Strike (Basic, Melee, Area) Starter 1 point ability

  • melee close range frontal 270 degree cone

  • fast attack speed

  • dealing +X Physical damage per hit
  • additional +X Energy damage DoT, twice per second for 5 seconds
  • ever 3rd attack procs Hell on Earth around Daimon (deals damage based on current rank in Hell on Earth)

Soulfire Strike (Basic, Melee, Ranged, Area)

  • long range melee cone attack; trident burns with Soulfire which swings out in a wide arc with every swing

  • 90 degree frontal arc

  • medium attack speed
  • dealing +X Energy damage per hit
  • additional +X Mental damage DoT, twice per second for 5 seconds

Bailiff of Madness (Area, Summon)

  • summon the Bailiff of Madness

  • stands immobile at target cast area and taunts all enemies in a large radius into running towards him and attacking him point blank for 3 seconds

  • deals damage equal to the amount of damage absorbed during the taunt in a concussive wave that deals damage to all enemies in a radius equal to the initial taunt
  • after these two effects he remains by Daimon's side dealing small +X Mental damage twice per second to all enemies within a medium range AoE centered on him for the remainder of his summon duration

  • each gate can summon and support a maximum of 4 demons (8 at rank 20; caps at 8)

Daimon summons a massive Demon who comes down from the sky like a meteor crashing down

1) Champion mechanics (not any one such; just a combined effect) from League of Legends

2) Marvel Avengers Alliance; the game has Daimon as a playable Hero and I played him in a Team with his sister, Satana, as well. Very good Synergy. (^_^)

3) Playing a huge bunch of ARPGs since Diablo (D1); pretty sure this has had a hand as well.

@azrather have thrown three to four names for the blank sections of "Add hero ___ ". From those I liked Shocker the most and he also was one of the characters I have seen that people want to have in the game. I mean as pleayable hero not as someone who is a part of "defeat in 20s in terminal" achievement. There is not much to Shocker. Engeener criminal who wanted to rob safes without harmin people, but that part of life ended after prison and after meeting Spider-man. Besides his suit he have nothing. He isn't genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist. He have low self esteem and even though he is powerful and dangerous in his suit that can kill with ease and shake down subway tunnels - at time he is a treated as a joke. So here with no laugh and total seriousness I present Shocker.

This guy that he dispatched in a second is Punisher

Introduction

Early Life
Herman Schultz's parents died when his younger brother, Marty, was a boy. Schultz was usually involved in theft or extortion; a typical day in the life of the Shocker would find him knocking over armored cars or trying to hawk items he previously stole. On one particularly ambitious day, the Shocker held New York City for ransom when he blacked out portions of the city to spell out his criminal moniker, then threatened to black out the entire city unless he was paid one million dollars. On another he terrified a stockbroker into playing the market, for substantial monetary gain.

Shocker
Schultz, after serving several prison terms for robbery, built a battle suit that sent out shock waves to quickly open safes as well as give himself a one-up on the authorities. The Shocker had the ability to shock his enemies with his hand held vibro-shock units, but because the vibrations were so fierce, he wore a heavily insulated suit. During his first outing as the self-styled "Shocker" he ran into and defeated Spider-Man (albeit the hero was suffering a broken arm at the time) who became Schultz's nemesis. Early on in his career Shocker often acted as either a thief or subordinate to more prominent mob bosses such as Silvermane.

Masters of Evil
The Shocker became a member of the Masters of Evil with Radioactive Man, Tiger Shark, Moonstone, and the Beetle to incriminate Dr. Henry Pym, who was then on trial for treason. Unfortunately they were defeated by the Avengers. The Shocker was later hired by the Nazi war criminal Baron Von Lundt to kill Dominic Fortune, and built the vibro-shock units into his entire uniform to do so.

Skills and Gadgets

Engineer: The Shocker is a gifted, and apparently self-taught, engineer who built his battle suit from scratch in a prison workshop. He is also the (self-proclaimed) world's best safe-cracker.

Vibro-Shock Gauntlets: The Shocker has two vibro-shock units that, when activated by a thumb trigger, can project a concentrated blast of air that has been vibrated at an intense frequency. This allows the Shocker to both effectively throw long range vibrational punches, as well as vibrating the structure of something in order to weaken or destroy it. Holding the thumb triggers down for an extended period of time increases the intensity, speed, and even spread of the air blasts. The vibro-shock units were created to open safes by "shaking" them open silently and quickly. Shocker also has a vibrational shield that deflects blows to him & allows him to slip from many a grasp. The feedback from the Shocker's gauntlets is extremely intense (the initial test almost killed him.) To guard himself from this, Schultz developed a protective costume consisting largely of yellow quilt patches designed to absorb the shock. The vibro-shock units can add power to his punch via a trip-hammer vibration shock, making his blows a dozen times more potent than normal.

At one point, the Shocker upgraded his equipment so that his vibro-shocks came from micro-circuitry emitters throughout the costume, so that he was no longer dependent on the gauntlets for his powers. He continued to wear the gauntlets as a deliberate ruse against Spider-Man and other heroes, leading them to think the gauntlets were still his Achilles' heel. Other upgrades over the years boosted Shocker's overall abilities, or provided new ones such as flight. Shocker has repeatedly gone back to his original power levels and gauntlets, however, implying that these upgrades were unstable or expensive to maintain. [My addition – which with Shield backup and few eggheaded heroes stoped being a problem.]

Power Trees

  • Vibro Fighting
    By vibrating his gauntlets Shocker can augment his strenght by a dozen times. He was able to knock down Luck Cage and give She-Hulk a hard time not to mention overpowering Spider-Man. In this tree we have more direct aproach to shocker fighting with punches that knockback, knockdown, shake ground around him or destroy single enemy from the inside.

  • Shock Trooper
    Vibrations of air at just right frequencies traveling through space hit enemies as a concusive force or pierces them vibrating their bodies. Shocker can also shoot the ground to make it shake or deform.

Two powers have two step charge instead of normal one step charge that gives power two potential effects. This one stops a bit in the middle then goes again to the end making the power that have three effects. Default >50% at 50% < but >100% have additional effect and bigger effect at 100%.

Shocking Punches Melee lvl 1

  • This Shock Gauntlets let me punch with dozen times my normal strenght.
    Medium-slow speed attacks. Heavy punches looking like each one would be the last punch.

    Vibrating your whole suit you dash knocking enemies away. Pretty big cusshion of vibration make for wide line of what dash affects.

  • Fists starting at your belt shoot out to hit together with acumulated force. When they hit the area of hit is bigger than the range of hit due to vibrations. Slow attack speed.

  • You see mister police man. You should have ask me for hands in the air.
    Hit the ground around your feet casuing a shockwave around you that knocks down enemies. Medium-Slow attack speed.

  • Here's a new trick for ya'.
    Prepere yourself like for huge upward leap and with the help of your gauntlets shoot yourself up to land in the target area with a tremor. Charged. When taped it's used like normal jump power.

Shock to the core Melee

  • Something personal to remember me by ... in your obituary.
    Put a hand on your enemy with vibrations you were increasing beforhand and start sanding it through whole his body. This kind of power should liquify human entrails. Single target attack.

Vibrating Fist Melee, Area

  • Watching that kung fu guy with his fists "like unto iron" gave me some ideas.
    Wind up a powerful punch with fully loaded gauntlet. Enemy you hit take the brunt of the damage but vibrations shoot through him damaging other enemies in a wide line.

Omnidirectional Shock Signature, Melee, Area

  • Gauntlets are only to fool enemies that I have a weakness and my powers can be taken so easly from me. Now here's the power of my whole suit.
    [Animation: Gather yourself like you would want break chains surrounding you and then expand like you would succeed in doing so] From whole of your body a giant amount of energy hits all enemies around you sending them flying. All projectiles in the air are sent back with a force to their senders.

  • Send your vibrations punches like bullets throught the room.

Finger on the trigger Ranged, Area

  • Full throttle punks!
    Holding your finger on the trigger you channel wave of vibrations that keep geting more and more intense. Long narrow-medium cone. +X% dmg every 1s, +X% spirit cost every 1s. Effects of hit are applied after 1s of hitting the target.: After 1s it causes weaken, After 3s it causes slow to movement and attack speed, After 5s it leaves lasting damage.

    Weaken - after 1st second
    Slow - after 3rd second

Vibro barrage Ranged

  • Taste the vibrations.
    Shoot repeatedly fast flying, small bursts of vibration that shock enemies to the core. Piercing. Very-Fast attack speed [9-12/s] Holding two extended in front of yourself move them shaking like you would shoot two big guns or use a jackhammer.

  • Time for a little dance.
    Gather vibrations inyour hands and shoot them into target area for 0,5s causing it to shake after that. Quite long animation make this a slow attack.

  • Sending steady flow of vibrations you are able to hover with pretty big speeds.

  • I won't raise my hand nor my voice at you. I will raise the ground! Ups. I lied in the first sentence.
    Pick a big target area. Hold your hands to the ground sending specific patterns of vibrations into the ground. In the targetet area 5 big earth columns will apear in random places in the span of 1s [so some can shoot together, some with small increments].

Shrapnel Cannon Ranged, Area

  • And for my next trick I will make this block of cement disapear.
    Using vibrations tear off piece of ground. You bring this heavy chunk in front of you, at the hight of your head. You take of your hands from it but before it fall you already hit it with both your hands not only breaking it with your gauntlets but also sending columns of vibrations to send the debris forward. Very-slow attack speed [due to long animation]. Damages everyone in the narrow long cone and leave them bleeding.

Ultimate

Time to shake things up! Ranged, Area

  • Time to shake things up!
    Turn your upgraded gauntlets to the maximum and after your favourite quote start sending vibrations into the ground. Ground under you starts shaking in wider and wider area with each moment knocking people down and slowing everyone in the area. Then you hover over the ground still sending vibrations. While you hover you can move and area under you deal more damage and slows even more. After you land ground is still mildly shaking and your power gauntlets are vibrating with power.

[With some animation money/time: We know that it's canon in Marvel Heroes that cars come from nowhere and many skills have shown that – that's just a disclaimer. If there is something that can tople over like statues in odin palace, or something that can fall like parts of building in middtown or celling in kingpin tower it does. In more extreme version I wanted for shocker to shake down earth in a way that he bring a still speeding metro through the ground.]

  • Shocking Punches becomes basic, instead of stun it have chance to stun. Vibration Bullets stop being basic and stuns.

  • Hands to the ground gains cooldown, have somewhat bigger area, deal more dmg and instead of knock down it have knock up with a little knock back .

  • Shock to the core becomes ranged power. You shoot single target vibraiting him brutaly to hurt heart, every vain and every bone, lungs and entrails of him. Small cooldown, not immediate hit - it have animation. Dmg over long time, same bonuses but lower dmg because it's ranged.

  • Vibrating Fist becomes Vibrating Fists You power up your gauntlets making them Language! additionally and start punching. Medium-Fast attack power. +X to melee dmg for Xs after using this power.

  • Vibro Barrage becomes area power shooting vibrations in a long medium wide cone. Dmg 2/s, vulnerability.

  • Shake the ground becomes channeled powere. You constantly shake a circular area under your cursor slowing enemies in that area. Dmg X 2/s

  • Shock Bowling Deals less direct dmg, additional dmg is dealt as dmg over time in that small area. Dmg X, Dmg X 2/s, Stun on the initial hit.

  • Shock Bowling becomes charged power. Not charged works similar as now but deals less dmg. Charged to 50% hits the target enemy deal more dmg in bigger area. Charged to 100% It don't explode on the first enemy but strikes up to three enemies exploding at the third or at it's max distance dealing dmg like in 50% charge and knocking down enemies it passed through and those it exploded on.

  • Earth Columns becomes melee power. You hold your hands to the ground and after a second columns of earth start bursting near you. In span of 1s five columns burst from the ground in the area around you. Dmg and Knock up. Long Cooldown. More dmg because it's melee.

I tried to make him as little cooldown based as possible. To make him old school. I like mechanics but I also like simplicity from time to time. And both classic and simple guy like Shocker is a good candidate for simple :)

This is just the first of many holistic, game-wide upgrades in the works, each aimed at engendering more meaningful choices for each Hero and reinforcing visceral gameplay. The sum of these changes will unequivocally be the biggest update since launch! In the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing a lot more dev blogs like this about the other updates on the docket. As for the actual Hero updates themselves, we plan to open up a Test Center build with many (if not all) Heroes available to test in October. This timeline may change, but we wanted to give you some insights about what is in the works. Keep an eye out for the next dev blog to find out more details!
