So, with the devs blogs getting close to an end, we pretty much know what's going to happen in the next few months. Some contents might kick in 2016, while others might be pushed for 2017 depending on how the feedback goes. Since we're talking about systems, the core of the game, we can expect a new way to play and rediscover the game, but the point is: for how long?
The content team might have multiple projects going on and while we all know that they're working on the Chapter 2 and 3, what else would you like to see?
Personally, I'd like to see more game modes and system mechanics.
Guild Raid Battle: Getting rid of the PvP and making a new, more dynamic system, where we battle for daily points, adding to the total sum. We could even have tiers/league, so every guild could be pushing for weekly rewards according to their maximum capability. The guild with more wins during the 4 weeks, would receive a monthly reward (things such exp boosters, rif/sif potions, credits, etc).
UI Renewal: We need a new, lighter UI, able to scale to 4k screens as well.
- Combo/Kill-Streak System: Something that I love about games is when you're rewarded for your work. Getting able to kill multiple enemies at once or stacking hits is so much fun. It's even fun when you're rewarded with EXP or multiple rewards for holding your score for long time.
- More heroes: Considering the complexity of heroes being released so far, I don't know if Gaz could put more heroes per year than 10/12. However, depending on how easy the new systems end up being for developing, I'd like to see at least 16 released every year.
- "Infinity" Dungeons: I'd like to see a map that every scenario is created by random (a tech that Gaz already have in hands) and that could have a huge, really huge amount of enemies, where endgame players could farm as much as they can for better gear. Every "x" scenarios would generated a random boss, where at least three players would need to gather together and work to kill him. Also, how cool it would be to invade a Hydra tower? Or the planet Kree-lar?
- World bosses: I really, really miss the interaction with the community in this game when it comes to objectives. Having bosses spawning in specific maps or even patrols would add a fun factor to this game.
- Hero Packs divided by category: Let's say that Gaz decides to release 16 heroes per year thanks to the new tech. We could have a 4 hero pack for the X-Men, 4 hero pack for MCU characters, 4 hero pack for support heroes (that would be amazing to give heroes who aren't lead ones like Misty Knight or Satana a chance to shine) and 4 hero pack for villains, by an example.
