Hulks unbridled rampage is not scaling by a percentage of his anger. Is this a bug? Or am I not understanding the statement for the power, "These affixes scale with percent anger". My hulk has 2050 anger scaling up to 1924 damage, 1077 crit rating, 3078 crit damage. However these are the same scalings at 1750 anger. If this is not a bug then someone please explain to me the statement " These affixes scale with percent anger..." and how it works, because this sounds like that this power is base off of his anger and the affixes are not increasing.
