I got a useless Free Hero-Ticket now.
This is an item worth several hunder Gs turned useless (til next year).
GAZ made a big mistake last year at the anniversay by not warning before removing the Free Hero-Ticket vendor (despite having promised otherwise). As there was a big uproar it came back.
After all that mess I foolishly trusted in you to not make the same mistake again.
But the vendor is gone again without a warning. There is the emails I get from you, there is the forums notices, there is in-game-notices - and yet I got nothing.
Leading to: I still have the hard earned Free Hero-Ticket but cannot use it anymore. I only got 2 missing heros left AND bought the AP4, so waiting another year is only an option if I don't play anymore till then. sarcasm Thank you, GAZ. sarcasm end
I know at least 2 friends who are in the same place (with the ticket).
Support only wrote me it "has been forwarded to the appropriate team" but I "will not receive a direct reply" - but that's exactely what I'm asking for! A reply and solution. Hell, just take away my ticket and give me one of the missing two, if nothing else is possible!
I have to admit: I play the game since more than a year, spent alot of money, but with all the latest happenings (this included) I'm getting more and more discouraged to spend time in the game. I'm not sure you value us (not new) players anymore.
