It's time for a few artifacts to hit the weights

Some artifacts should be buffed. Here are my ideas.

White suit Jacket
add
(+200-400 Melee dmg)
(+1 to melee powers)

Hand of Doom
(add +1 to fighting when crit)
(add +1 to strength and energy when brut)

Essence of Dread
add
(+150-300 critical dmg)
(+100-250 mental crit rate)

Arnim Zolas ESP Box
add
(+100-250 dmg to dot powers)

Also I have multiple sets of these 4 artifacts just lying around in my stash, and a buff would send the trade values skyrocketing which would make me more handsomely rich.
