After browsing some of the threads today and hearing quite a few people complain about Batroc and Mole Man not spawning in their respective zones, I think this is much needed knowledge, which I am posting in general discussion and not the patrol forum because it will reach more people here.
Batroc:
He spawns with a few NPC hostages, as well as a little squad of mercenaries. If you just kill Batroc and bail, he will not respawn. You have to kill ALL the mercenaries he spawns with in addition to Batroc in order to reset his spawn timer. If you find yourself in a ICP or CICP zone and he hasn't spawned in awhile, you now get the pleasure of running around looking for those mercenaries people didn't kill in order to make him spawn again.
Mole Man:
Similar to Batroc, he will spawn with 4 NPCs you have to save by clicking on them. If you just kill Mole Man and don't save the hostages, he will also not spawn. Just like Batroc, if you find yourself in MM/CMM and he hasn't spawned in awhile, you have to go looking for a group of NPCs together and save them in order to reset his spawn.
