Sorry Gaz, No More Money

I just wanted to say that due to the way you handle QOL's, buffs, and nerfs, I will no longer be supporting your company monetarily. You buff a character, then shortly after nerf the same character. Emma's QOL buff lasted a week? Your big defense realignment is now being realigned. You have 57 characters that are never, ever going to be balanced in the first place, yet instead of making the one's that get to 60 and get parked forever competitive, you consistently nerf the ones that are the most fun to play. I haven't been playing very long, I've got about 20 heroes to 60, and of the 5 I enjoy the most, you just downgraded 3 of them. Rogue has been hit twice in the last month.

Now, I'm not arguing that rogue was or wasn't too strong. My argument is that whatever methodology you use on the testing server is obviously not working. Minor adjustments would be expected, but your changes swing in very large strokes, which indicates that either your idea of balance is changing week to week or they are leaving the test center unbalanced and therefore not tested properly.

It is not good policy to give your customers a character that is awesome, have them invest in that product, whether it be monetarily for stashes and costumes, or simply time with odin marks and armor relics, only to turn around and change that character for the worse. Usually, within months (or weeks) of making that character better. It engenders a lack of trust. I don't own Emma, but if I had bought her based off of her QOL, I might be thinking i was robbed. You replaced a purchased product with an inferior version of itself.

I like this game, I plan to keep playing this game, but until you come up with a system that tests accurately enough that you aren't constantly nerfing heroes that were supposed to have just recently been brought in line, I simply don't trust you enough to give you any more of my money.
