Okay. I had asked this earlier in chat, and seen someone else ask this also. Are the Hightown Medallions truly superior to the Crossbones.
I made this (see pic 1) to illustrate the available uptime of the damage and stat procs using a 60sec window. Now with 41 sec damage increase, 8 sec with +1 stat proc up, and 36 sec with +3 stat proc... Would that really push it over the 'always up' that Crossbones offers like the masses are saying? I've looked at the math of it, and took the attk speed into consideration also.... and I'm getting a no.
I would like to get other peoples opinions, and others that know the math of it all better than I would. Also; YES I do know that the medallion is just one part of the bigger picture and should be considered on an individual basis.
