@Ryolnir or anyone else... am I supposed to be able to enter the Cosmic Crossbones terminal on a character that hasn't passed the cosmic gate? I'm on my Scarlet Witch, don't have the Comics Midtown/ICP/Hightown choices, but it let me go into Cosmic Crossbones. On top of that, the tooltip says you have to complete normal first, but I haven't done normal with this character (or is that part account wide?).
