[UPDATE 2] Missing Card on the Mystery Box and ONLY cards on Mystery Box Purchase

Anyone else didn't get the garanteed 1 to 3 card from the free mystery box?

If this happened to anyone that redeemed the code on the site AFTER 12:30h PM server time, please, post here details and proceed with the solution bellow.

The Mystery Box situation should be be solved now, new purchases will grant an extra free fortune card in addition to the mystery box (and 10 with the bundle) to compensate for some users not getting any fortune cards in a small amount of boxes.

If you were missing cards from a box or didn't get a TU token with a bundle within the last hour or so, please file a CS ticket and they will get you sorted ASAP.

This was posted @ 12:30pm server time. So boxes bought after that time should be fine. If you bought or redeemed your code before, then pay atention to the cards and stuff.

I received an e-mail from CS around 14h pm, server time, and reloged in game, already got my cards. =)

Some people related that they are still not getting cards, can those confirm if the boxes were bought before or after they fixed the problem(12:30h pm server time)?

I will resume here what happened and what you should do in each case:

1. No cards on box opening.
   Some boxes, not all of them, had no garanteed fortune cards for some reason.
   In this case you must open a ticket on CS ( www.marvelheroes.com > Community > Support > Request Suport ) and they will be reinstated to you inventory.

2. You bought boxes or bundles and got only cards.
   While I made this post and the adjustments were being done( cards were added to boxes purchases ) something went wrong and you were receiving only the card instead of cards+boxes.
   In this case you must also open a ticket on CS ( www.marvelheroes.com > Community > Support > Request Suport ) and they will be reinstated to you inventory.

3. You didn't get the free box at all, only the hero token.
   A second code with the free box was realease a few hours before it went live.
   In this case use one of those ( you can get only one, chose wisely) TEAMIRONMANMB or TEAMCAPMB and RELOG in game to receive them.

4. You got lame costumes and heroes upon opening the boxes.
   This may happen to some unfortunate people.
   In this case, sit and cry. :'(

5. You got awesome stuff upon opening the box.
   A lot of people did that I heard of.
   In this case, post what you got here. =D

if you inserted the redeem code before 12:30h pm server time AND didn't get the card, open a ticket.
if you bought boxes before 12:30h pm server time AND didn't get the cards or ONLY got cards, open a ticket.
