speed, visuals, more better with 2016 1.11 - thank you!

@Ryolnir and others, thank you for MH 2016 release 1.11. I am a Mac user and I notice a whole host of improvements with the game engine with release 1.11, a lot I imagine having to do with the Unreal engine update but others probably being other things you fixed.

  1. Rendering performance and responsiveness is much improved. Previously when I logged into the game, say at Avengers Tower, it took about 10 seconds during which different elements of the scene appeared, starting with an empty room, then player characters appearing (most recently my avatar appeared hair first then the rest later), and other HuD elements appeared over time. After release 1.11 it all appeared instantly upon login. Login itself also seemed faster than before.

  2. The in-game browser that appears on login, which shows a news item or the store, now appears properly right away rather than being just a black rectangle.

  3. Liquid effects are much improved. If one goes say to Buccaneer Beach by the ocean, the moving water now distorts items in the water due to light refraction, dynamically with the wave movement, more like real water would, and unlike before 1.11.

  4. On a side note, after accepting the login but while still showing the login screen image / NYC skyline, that image now distorts, as I've seen some people comment about in prior releases, but I didn't experience it until now; I assume that's intentional, like it were a transitional fade-out.

While the 1.11 release notes said I may have to reset my settings, it actually remembered them all from last time, and I had mine set fairly high. Machine is a fall-2013 model 27" iMac.

So again thank you for that. The game is much more playable now than before, and even then it was quite decent.

Anyone else see the improvements I've described?
