it must be disappointing to drop a lvl 59 trifecta costume core. 15 or 20 levels lower would be awesome for cosmic prestige though. anyone ever looted a level 30s tri core? lower than that? ive seen people link the fabled level 1 costume core in chat. is there a such thing as a sub-lvl 30 tri?
