Feature Request, allow right click to reduce Power Points

Feature Request to make the Power UI work just like the Omega points UI: add right-click to reduce the points in a power. That way if we are fine tuning a build where we want to move one or two points from one power to another we don't have to start over, redo the entire skill bar, just so we can move points from Power A to Power B.
