SIF/RIF is this a joke?

So after a while saving my potions/bars/anything with RIF ans SIF i decied to use all at once. As you can see i have over 500% in both. I know hows the % works, but COME ON! After 2 hours of farming in CMM, with thoose boosts i got 4 artifacts only? (all 4 togheter dont worth not even a loki rune).Also got like 32 uniques. Literally the best item i got after the farm was a trifecta core (dont even know if RIF/SIF influence on cores). Gaz is SELLING them even in bundles...Ok you wanna charge for something? Make at least usable. Ive heard that people actually prefeer to farm WITHOUT any boost because all what thoose boosts do is increase the chance of gargabe itens. Im just happy that i did not bought any of thoose (got from some bundles like the limbo boxes and stuff). Not sure if im talking no sense of here, or if theres a discussion about it. I just felt stupid using all of that for nothing. Well, at least the xp boost works.
