If this is a known issue then sorry to post this again.
Last night finishing some CICP for the event I noticed multiple times that my ICP box would not show a name title and it happened on many items during the night as well. This only happened maybe 12 times in 5 hours of playing.
Before logging out I was hopping around and saw an artifact on the ground with no name so I collected it and it was a Hyde Formula. I assume it was from a past Hyde that I had killed and missed the drop.
This has happened to Midtown box, ICP Box, ES, Artifacts, Unique items and Reliquary's.
Please keep your eyes open so that nothing gets missed :~)
