"That function/mechanic/attribute will be moved to another slot, like Artifacts"

I'm starting to get worried and tired of seeing this phrase from devs describing all the new changes.

Uniques getting stripped down to Omegas and losing affixes. "Some of those affixes will not be part of the shared pool, but might be moved to Artifacts". Boss Uniques may end up transforming to Boss Artifacts too.

Now the same with Omega nodes..."some of the proc Omega node effects are candidates to move to Artifacts"

We only have four artifact slots, and we already use some of them for existing necessary mechanics. I don't think you can just use Artifacts as some wastebasket to throw all the complexity you're trying to carve out of the game, punting it into the future at some vaguely-defined point (that may never come, given your apparent love of crayon-construction-paper simplicity in the new game design).
