Unique Prestige (same font as current uniques)
All it is:
25x like cosmic but no boosting whatsoever, ever:
If a boost is used, including server side, they don't countdown/use if playing Unique prestiged hero.
Pretty simple.
I myself would Unique one hero for sure.
Hardcore server:
Copy over our level 60's on a designated day with 2 weeks of advanced notice, level 60 considered earned right to play hardcore mode, on patch days updated 60 if applicable added to the server for players.
Account owned stashes all available but empty, all found items are non-tradable, and bound to hero that finds them, this is HARDCORE!
All heroes wiped to level 1 white virgins, and same with vendors/NPCs.
If your hero is defeated, 72 hour penalty clock before that one can start again at level 1, exception made for 1 hero accounts, 24 hours for you lonely hero!
