It's obvious why Blue Marvel is here. Because who have heard about him? I though I knew a lot about Marvel but I have learned about him pretty recently. So when I was reading about him he wasn't only one of the strongest being but he also had cool concept behind him. His creator Kevin Grevioux based Blue Marvel on the concept of "What if Superman were black in the early 1960s, and how would the world react to him?". Politcs, racism and genius war heroes turned superheroes - what more do you need? Oh and he have some awesome ways to use his energy, some of which are in the power trees and some in the talents. So without further ado my last "Superman but not Superman" hero: Blue Marvel!
Blue Marvel
Introduction
Early Life
Adam Brashear was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. From an early age it was realized that he was a child prodigy. Later he was a former fullback at Cornell University who graduated magna Language! laude. He had Ph.D.s. in electrical engineering and theoretical physics.
Korean War
He was a veteran of the Korean War, a member of the US Marine Corps with two Silver Stars. While in the Marine Corps he met Conner Sims, the friend he would later know as "Anti-Man".
Negative Reactor
Brashear later became the project lead on a scientific attempt to harness anti-matter through the creation of a "Negative Reactor" which created a bridge between the Negative Zone and the positive matter universe itself.
This reactor would then allow for an almost unlimited source of clean energy by allowing devices to tap the energy generated by a stable event horizon balanced between these positive and negative universes. Due to the unexpected explosion of the reactor, both Brashear and Sims were subjected to mutagenic radiation generated by the then unstable event horizon. While Sims' body disassembled into energy, Brashear became a stable "antimatter reactor" and developed a set of superhuman abilities.
Blue Marvel
In 1962 Adam received the Presidential Medal of Freedom from President John F. Kennedy on the day the President asked him to retire; it had been discovered by the public that he is an African-American. As the Blue Marvel, Brashear wore a full-face helmet - but when it was damaged in a battle, his identity was revealed. A massive controversy ensued as the America of 1962 was too racist to accept a black super-man. The President reluctantly decided to ask Brashear to step back. Torn between myriad considerations, the Blue Marvel conceded.
He came back for one final mission and defeated the herald of an alien armada bent on enslaving the Earth. After that fight, he left the Medal of Freedom in the Blue Area of the Moon, where he first met Uatu the Watcher. His conversation with the Watcher was interrupted by the late arrival of the alien armada and he defeated them. The United States Government used this final mission to fake his death. The government later set up S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Marlene Frazier as Brashear's monitor under the cover name Candace. Frazier eventually became his lover, his wife and the mother of their two children. Brashear later became a tenured professor of physics at the University of Maryland.

Powers and Skills
Before becoming Blue Marvel, Adam was briliant man with two Ph.D.s and a he served as a Marine.
Blue Marvel was considered to be an Alpha Level Threat by Captain America (Sam Wilson) and Tony Stark.
Anti-Matter Energy Absorption:
Theoretically, it seems to be the main source of Blue Marvel's power. This source of power is the energy released from anti-matter which derives from the inter-dimensional universe called the Negative Zone. Anti-matter is the same as normal matter except that the sub-atomic particles are the opposite charge.
This paragraph - some science/ science-fiction.
Therefore, anti-matter and normal matter cannot coexist without exploding. CERN recently made the first particles of anti-matter...apparently kept in a magnetically charged vacuum to keep it from coming in contact with normal matter. Nuclear fission releases energy with 1.5% efficiency; anti-matter releases energy with 100% efficiency. One gram of anti-matter contains the same energy as the bomb dropped on Hiroshima. One droplet could power New York City for a full day. Adam Brashear is the first human anti-matter generator and reactor. The experiment he gained his powers from renders his form unaffected from anti-matter.
Blue Marvel's strenght allowed him to rise the battle ship with ease, move Asteroid the size of Kansas and almost split a moon with a toss of a medal. Combined with his near invulnerability it allowed him to engage at once Wonder Man, Ares, Iron Man and Miss Marvel and casually overpower them. He was able to defeat King Hyperion who while traveling through dimensions slaughtered many heroes including: Hercules, Thor and Galacuts of his earth and Sentries, Hulks, Thors and even Eternals of other and combined might of two Hyperions.
Blue Marvel can move and fly at astonshing speed and far greater in space. His senses allows him to percieve reality much broader like his ability to see things to the quark level. Blue Marvel's brain also works faster which combined with his senses make his mind work on incomprehensible level for us. He is able to project enermous amounts of energy from his hands, eyes and whole body to create concusive force bolts, stuning bolts, beams of all sizes and he can release even more energy from his entire body. From this energy Blue Marvel can also create shields for him and others, create objects, energise his fists and manipulate other energy.
Power Trees
Instead of spirit Blue Marvel have Anti-Matter which regenerates faster and regenerates despite power usage. This allows for either care free gamestyle or when using more "spirit heavy" powers to react faster to the amount of "spirit". The quick regeneration is because inside of him is a generator of unimaginable amounts of energy so besides being a gameplay mechanic it also made sense to me lore wise.
Regular matter fighting.
Even though Adam's powers come from matter-anti-matter reactor inside of him his exterrior is made of tangible matter that can pack quite a punch. Here area his melee powers and one ranged.Energy from the anti-mater.
Blue Marvel can project energy in different ways and this tree combined with talents adresses most of them. Exception is there is no creating objects from matter but shields and power gloves are there.

Powerful medium speed punches. Each one is stronger and faster than the last. After time they make shockwaves hiting everyone in the area. Shockwave VFX starts in the midway to the actual dmg dealing shockwave and grows until it deals dmg.

"Not on my watch." Using your fists alone you have taken down Alien Fleet that could oblitarate whole Earth. They tore hulls of battle ships like tissues. Those fists didn't end there.
You can activate this power 10 times in Xs. With fists flying so fast they look like they are catching on fire punch your target with extreme force. Every use is a punch and if target is far away it's quick dash-flight to him to deliver that blow. Those punches like normal melee have some area of effect in front his is bigger.

- It stoped "King's" Hyperion beam, it will stop whatever you've got.
You make a reactive protective bubble of energy that absorbs X dmg from single hit [doesn't activate for weaker hits].
This shield have cooldown and Anti-matter cost when activates.
Overclock "Toggle"
- You use your power to the fullest extent making it work on a higher gear.
Blue liquidlike energy surrounds your body.

- Ka-me-ha-me-haaaaa becomes Bang You stand in a shooting position with a finger gun in front of you and power shoots from your finger focused in that small precise point of impact. Single target ranged, nice dmg, always crits, cooldown.
- Disperse or Concusive Force Stream [don't know which] becomes Unlimited Poooooweeeeeeer Lightning channeled hits few targets every second and jumps from them arcing. If it replaces disperse then lightning apllies vulnerability.
Bolt Barage Becomes Eye Beams single target channeled power; while Concusive Force Stream becomes Force Stream a piercing beam without knockback.
Left, Right, Left, Right... Instead of shockwaves the area effect dmg is energy dmg from the "lightnings" that you generate with every punch [Like in the "Small M" costume]. VFX starts at hit 5? and grows and at hit 10? it deals dmg.
Round Kick becomes Power Stomp put your leg with such power that it not only makes a crater but lasting vibrations. Dmg and Dmg over time, vulnerable, small cooldown.
- Leave and Great becomes Come with an impact dealing more dmg but only on landing in a slightly bigger area. Still aplies weaken.
- Rush to the Fight becomes Fight all the way it's melee, area power with wide long rectangle area of effect. Blue Marvel travels to the end of this line swerving to each enemy hiting them on the way. He becomes a curvy line and ends up at the end. Less dmg than single punch and slightly longer cooldown.
