I've yet to see a single person selling one or link one and the event currency is a complete waste of time to try and get so I haven't seen the stats on it. Is the item very good on summoners who already have all the BIS normal artifacts? Or is it just kind of "there"?
Not much else in this event gives me incentive to do more than log in and get my daily nanotech filament
