Why Wonder Man? I have seen only one comic with him and one page. On that page he was pretty much Superman and I love Sups. Then I saw great [Hero Sugestion] by @Renseur and I wanted to combine those things in my sugestion. I don't have cool names like his which are tied to his acting but I think I have something going on. I will stealbackground info and power overview from @Renseur because they are concise and tell everything what have to be said and I stole others from Marvel Wikia so this will be something new for me. Without further ado.
Wonder Man
Introduction
Simon Williams inherited his father's industrial munitions plant after his father died and his older brother, Eric, did not want to take over. Although a capable scientist, Simon nevertheless was not a businessman, and the company started to fail. Eric suggested that Simon embezzle money to invest in Eric's own business, which happened to be illegal racketeering with Maggia ties. The embezzlement and racketeering was discovered, and Simon went to jail, blaming his downfall on Tony Stark (a.k.a. the hero Iron Man and member of the team Avengers.)
Simon was released with help from the original Baron Zemo and his Masters of Evil. Simon agreed to undergo an experiment to give him superhuman powers, and Zemo gave him the costumed guise of Wonder Man, warning Simon that he would die without further treatments from Zemo in order to ensure his loyalty. At Zemo's behest, Simon befriended Avengers, pretending to be their ally, and lured them into a trap. However, he repented at the last minute and saved the Avengers from the Masters, seemingly at the cost of his own life.
Powers and skills
Superhuman levels of strength and invulnerability. Due to exposure to ionic energy, his body has "fully metamorphosed" into "unspecified superhuman flesh-like substance nourished by ionic energy.” Since his most recent resurrection, Simon's body becomes charged with ionic energy when actively using his powers, and he can fly under its power. During a brief period when Simon's body was further altered due to exposure to a Kree Nega-bomb, his ionic energy could be projected into energy blasts and allow him to shape-shift to a limited extent.
Simon Williams gained his superhuman powers due to chemical and radiation treatments with "ionic" energy by Baron Zemo, giving him superhuman strength, speed, stamina, durability, agility, and reflexes. While Zemo's initial aim is to use ionic energy treatments to make Wonder Man at least "the equal of any Avenger," his treatments surpass his expectations and endowed Wonder Man with strength comparable to that of Thor. In Avengers: Children's Crusade #3, Captain America describes Wonder Man as having "Sentry-level" strength. There is also discussion that Wonder Man’s upper limits of strength have yet to be reached. Zemo's treatments also grant Wonder Man virtual invulnerability, immortality, and instantaneous reflexes. Zemo also outfits Wonder Man with a rocket pack in his belt to achieve flight. During the beginning years, Wonder Man sometimes wore an ionic jet flight-pack which allowed him to fly.
Following his resurrection and metamorphosis, Wonder Man is capable of true flight. Due to Wonder Man's self-regenerating ionic energy, he has the ability to go without air, food, or water. Wonder Man's eyes also glow a bright red and he usually wears sunglasses to conceal the effect.
Before his "death" at the hands of the Kree, Wonder Man discovered new abilities, such as changing his size (enabling him to grow taller than his adversary Goliath) and emitting energy from his eyes. Since his resurrection, Wonder Man has not used these powers. After the Scarlet Witch resurrected him, Wonder Man was able to transform into a state of pure ionic energy at will and back again.
Wonder Man is an exceptional hand-to-hand combatant, having received Avengers training in unarmed combat by Captain America. He has an advanced degree in electrical engineering, is an experienced stuntman, and a talented actor.
He later gained the ability to manipulate ionic energy, primarily in the form of energy blasts.

Wonder Man doesn't have spirit he have Ionic Energy [IE] which starts empty. Taking hits generates IE and energy dmg generate even more. Some powers also generate IE while others use it or even require to have certain amount of IE to be activated. Additional spirit is added as X% dmg to powers that spend IE and Spirit Regeneration adds X% to IE generation from powers that generate IE.
Ionic Stuntman
- Manipulation and projection of Ionic energy that made you who you are. And a bit of flair with your movement and flying powers stuntmen style.
Selfless Powerhouse
- Strenght of body and strenght of spirit. Powerfull blows, attacks and everything that can help the team.
First tree is mostly movement powers with one buff and two ranged powers. Second tree is pure melee with taunt and one power to protect the team.
Ionic Stuntman
Dash Movement lvl 1
- Propell yourself forward through enemies dealing dmg and knocking them back.

- Fly fast just above thee ground to your foe and using powerful uppercut send him flying streight up. With further punches from all sides [or one if animation will be easier] bring him even higher, then with the last two handed overhead punch send him to the ground. Land safelly after that or you can use an Elbow Drop after using this power to drop on the enemies.

Transform into being of Ion Energy while the transformation happens light covers your body and Ionic beams shoot out of the center of transformation. When the light fades you stand there changed and full of power.
IE bar is full for the duration.

Options for talents
Ionic Flying Fists pierces enemies and when it's augmented by Ultimate it gains x2 attack speed.
Ionic Flying Fists have a melee part. You hit with energy fist the target and send energy through it as a ranged line area attack. Slower attack speed.
- Red eyes for a reason work more like Iron Man's One off. Gains cooldown.
- Some melee and movement powers can be changed to deal energy dmg.
- Some powers area powers exaple: Power Stomp deal less dmg but have bigger shockwave.
- Power Stomp Sends wave of dmg forward instead of around you.
- In Unload after first heavy punch you deal only one punch after that also have area dmg and it sends the target way back. [Anime style - heavy hits with nice animation]
- Unload - One Punch Man: becomes single punch [range of the run up is whole screen] and it stuns everyone in the are for 0,5s [irresistable] from the pure shock of the power. After the initial 0,5s the target of the hit is knocked back like Crosboness throws back. Needs 100% IE and uses 100% IE, longer cooldown.
- Ion Fist isn't an attack but just stronger buff.
- Quick on your feet use IE instead of generating it getting significant attack speed and normal +crit chance.
- Fly around have cooldown bigger area last longer deal bigger dmg [Rogue Quicksilver power]
- I need a second with you You swoop and grab enemy and flying high up into the air with him disapearing from the screen. After that you fly like a bomb head first with rised arms holding him toward the ground. Area of effect and konckback on the fall initial target gets more dmg.
