I was under the impression that when you get the Intel from a boss and then go kill the other boss the Intel buff tells you to kill, that sometimes that second boss would drop SHIELD or HYDRA spotlights. I've killed a platoon of Intel bosses so far though and haven't seen a single spotlight. Am I wrong about this, or just unlucky?
