Wishes regarding a better UI

I wish a new UI
As the title says, with the big game update it seems appropriate to do an overhaul on the ancient interface we have, and I have a couple of wishes for it…. When it comes.

-Please display all procs
This game is full of procs. Some only last a few seconds, some buff for several ours. But only a few of them are showed in the buff window.
As far as I can see, all the omega procs, buff and so on are completely hidden. Only our damage numbers will tell if they are active or not. Same with aritifacts and medalions and… well all of them
In order to make it more transparent for the non-math genius, not-online24 hours a day player, I wish we could see every single proc.
Basicly I wish we could actually see whats going on.

-Please show all tag modifies in the stat screen.
Most noticeable is that area damage is not displayed. Never understood why, made it very hard for a casual player like me to easely understand how big a difference items made for many heroes. Nearly every hero has one or more skills with the Area tag.

-Please make the stat screen less complicated, and calculations of the effect straigthforward.
Right now we have several stats speaking of roughly the same numbers, and no clear description of how they should be combined.
Example: We have several different critical hit ratings. Why not make it straigthforward how to add them?
Spider brawl is physical damage and melee. My numbers in the those area are:
Critical hit rating: 3077
Melee critical hit rating: 3477
Physical critical hit rating: 3077
Had I not read the forum extensively (Which should not be a requisite) I would have thought my critical hit rating when using spiderbrawl was: 9631
This is obviously not true.
I could be displayed a lot easier to read.
Example.
We have
Damage rating showing a + x% in damage
We have a + base damage % (not the same as above)
And offcouse we also have
Energy, physical, mental damage rating AND Energy, physical, mental damage base damage
And again the same procedure in melee, range, but not area damage.
This is atleast the double mount of numbers needed.
Why not combine the base damage and the damage rating, thus giving us max to numbers to multiply when trying to understand our damage?

Please.

Ohhh, and please make the chat windows re-sizeable and the ability to add more.
