Love me some Bullseye [not too much but enough :) ]. I mean the idea of him and what little I know about him. So I have decided [after reading the existing Bullseye hero sugestion] to make my own. It may or may not be updated when the talents become clearer but it is made with two trees to be ready for this.

Bullseye

Introduction
Named Lester with unknown Surname, Bullseye is one of the world greatest assasins. He became one because of his bloodthirsty nature and love for killing but it's his skils and his modus operandi what brought him renown. After his short lived baseball career, where he was throwing a no-hitter after a no-hitter and ended it with a throw that killed the batter, Bullseye joined the National Security Agency. Soon after he became a freelancer assasin. When he was a soldier [Vietnam originaly] his gun got stuck and he threw it killing the enemy with the bayonet. After that he knew how to spice his killings. From this point on he traveled the world killed people for fun and for money and tangled with some heroes. He have a special relationship with Daredevill and with Elektra whoes Sai he was using to taunt Daredevill after Bullseye killed her. He was a member of the Thunderbolts and Dark Aveners [who were just called avengers] and he was involved with ninjas a lot.

Skills
Bullseye is human but he is at peak of human posibilities. He performes like olimpic athlet is an amazing acrobat and knows many styles of martial arts, use of melee weapons, have military training but as we know it's not what he is known for.

Lester's innate ability to throw any projectile with great unerring accuracy and deadliness borders on the uncanny. His uncanny ability to use virtually any common object as a lethal projectile actually makes him more dangerous than many characters who do have superhuman powers. Although he is not technically superhuman, Bullseye can accomplish many feats with thrown projectiles. He has demonstrated the ability to lacerate a person's throat with a thrown playing card, spit his own tooth through a human skull, toss a paper airplane to a distant rooftop, and kill a person with a toothpick thrown through a window from a hundred yards away. He is also a dangerous sharpshooter.

Trees

• Mercenary - Assasin
  Here is his more serious and profesional side. He maybe is a psycho but he also have worked for years by being efficient killer and geting his renown.

• Psycho
  And there is that. Bullseye is a sadistic psychopath who enjoys killing and enjoys his skill at this. He worked with heroes and will do this again but the urges will be fullfiled on the bad guys not civilians.

Weapons in most powers can be changed [more in Mercenary tree] for example from shuriken to knife or knives to pistols. Shurikens are a placeholder.

Mercenary - Assasin

Shuriken Basic, Ranged
Most targets don't require more than one.
Dmg: X
Recover X spirit on hit
Recover additional X spirit on critical hit

Dash Melee, Movement
Dash through enemis cutting them with knives.
Dmg: X

Enchancments pasive
You have adamantium laced spine and head and excesive defensive training to live life of a hired gun.
Defence: X
Deflect: X
Dodge: X

Special target ranged
This is the guy they are paying you for. Little effort won't hurt.
Tags target with crosshair over his head.
Target gets +X% more dmg from your range powers.
You have +X% critical rating with your ranged powers against that target.

Bigger target ranged
For those who won't die from one throw.
Throw 3 shurikens in rapid succesion.
Dmg: X
If you use Bigger target against the same target in 3s it deals +X dmg to that target. This bonus stacks 3 times.

Making some room ranged, area
Bullets end before the real fight begin anyway so you might as well use them before.
You shoot two pistols infront of you with rapid shots.
Narrow Cone
Dame: X 2/s
+X% To non boss enemies.
+X critical hit to non boss enemies.

Sometimes you need a gun ranged
Scope or no scope. Mile two miles. If it have to be a gun it can be from a moving train while drinking wine.
Charged sniper shot.
Dmg: X
More dmg from further away.
+100% dmg if fully charged.

Stolen machine gun Signature. Area, Ranged. [from dark reign where he does aerial and hits fake bullseyes in their croshairs]
What a guy who never misses can do with 100 bullets and a gun that can spew them in X seconds?
Bullseye jumps, does aerials, backflips while shooting 100 times in an area.
Dmg: X
All hit have +X to critial hit and +X to brutal hit.

Chase the target Ranged, movement.
While you run you throw shurikens in front of you that kill enemies blocking your path to the target you seek.
+X movement speed while holding.
Dmg: X

Sai to the heart Ranged / Melee
It reminds you of a red dress and long black hair.
Throw your sai directly into the heart like your time with ninjas taught you.
Dmg: X
+100% if enemy is in melee range [power counts as melee]
Cooldown
This power always criticaly hits.

More targets Ranged, area
No matter the number you get the job done.
Slow attack speed throw throwing knives into target area hiting all enemies.
Dmg: X

Fire in the hole Ranged, Area
It's boring to throw something not directly at someone but you can throw it at him no matter where he is and that counts for something.
You can throw granade that will ricochett and bounce to the designated target enemy and explode.
Dmg: X
+X dmg to the target.

Get close and persona Ranged/ Melee
When you have to verify the target or your employer want you to send a message you get close and personal. You also like it.
Long dash toward enemy, jump and landing on the enemy. 5 hits
You have to be certain distance from the enemy.
2 knives on the run +X crit
1 knife from the air +X more crit
2 knives to the chest in melee. More dmg +X even more crit.
Knock down.

Psycho

I want an autograph Melee [again dark reign]
-Do you know how much Hawkeyes autographs are worth?
-Less than Bullseye parpahenalia.

Powerful single target stab with a pen to the eye.

Bleed

Here's a card trick Basic, Ranged.
Normal playing cards in your hands are like playing with death.

+X% dmg for every 1% of missing spirit.
Bleed

Everyone is a target Passive
You always look for an interesting target. With your skills honed by the years they are only alive because they aren't interesting enough.
Map awareness
+X% critical hit
+X% critical dmg
+X% brutal dmg.
+X dmg to weaken and vulnerable targets.
+X dmg to bleeding targets
+X dmg with throwing objects.
Active:
Enemies are vulnerable [Talents decide if around you or at pointed area].

Motorcycle Movement [In Dare Afleck he had motorcycle.]
1000 movement speed

Throw shurikens in wide arc.

Everything is a weapon Ranged
You throw paper clips, screwdrivers, spoons, etc.

I will kill you last Ranged
Throw a billy club stolen from daredevil.
Bounces 7 times hiting your target last.

Everything at everyone Ranged, Area
You throw all you have all around you to clear the room.
Bullseye spins around geting more and more speed throwing whatever he finds at enemies.
2/s gets faster with time to 4/s [at 2-3s mark]
Can be channeled only 4s
+dmg against bleed.

Death from a thousand cuts Range
Bleeding out isn't painfull but what leeds to it can be.
You take your shurikens and start throwing them to cut not to kill in front of you.
Homing shurikens.
Fast attack speed.
Enemies are weaken
Enemies are slowed
Bleed [better bleed than from other powers]
Small dmg
+Big dmg against other bleeds than it's own.

For the sport fans Ranged
"And that was literally a killer fastball Johny." Oh this reminnds me of simpler days of my baseball career.
Bullseye channels/ have long animation making move like a pitcher at the baseball game and throws the ball to crush a skull.

Ultimate

Ranged, Area.
You run around the screen [area of effect moves with you] and throw shurikens 5 at the time. You have X shurikens.
You are invulnerable for the duration.
Non boss enemies are killed in one hit.
After that killing spree you are excited and gain a 20s buff.

• You take X% dmg less.

Talents

So with talents implemented we will be able to change and/or enchance our power set.
Here some Examples:

Everyone is a target either make everyone vulnerable around you or at the target location

Special target can target group of target for smaller benefit. It tags target for bigger benefit but have cooldown. Effect of special target is put on the target you hit with bigger target when you get third stack.

Death from a thousand cuts becomes single target, is slower but have bigger dmg. It deals specific bleed but it can stack 3 times. More dmg longer animation/channel, gains cooldown and "you get a shuriken ..." now have the special bleed as long as Death from a thousand cuts is on cooldown.
