Title basically says it all. Not asking where you can cut corners in gearing, I'm asking about ease assuming you are fully decked in BiS gear. This isn't about artifacts, as you can assume that for the most part each character is probably going to have at least 3 expensive artifacts BiS, maybe more (do let me know if there is any exceptions though).
Mostly about uniques. There is a MASSIVE difference in ease of BiS gearing up a character like Moon Knight who has his personal unique as BiS in all 5 slots for both builds, compared to a character who needs say Fragment / X-Men / Coat of The Skull / Batrocs / Essence of Jinn for best results.
So, looking for some suggestions of easy characters, to gear (and an explanation of why if that's cool!). Here we go :)
