Why haven't we seen any character updates in a long time? Last year it seemed like I spent a lot of play time each weekend coming back to check out changes for my favorite hero that now had updates, QoL, or just tweaks. This year, not so much. Why haven't we seen any updates to any characters that may be under-tuned in quite a while?
