I understand and mostly agree why old artis like HoD and WSJ won't get reviewed (To make us hunt for the new shinies).
But we could still get some use out of them if their Level Required would go down.
They will remain mostly irrelevant for end-game, they will however be of use for prestiging.
A level 55 HoD for example has +331 DR +328 CR +327 BR.
Say we can use downgrade recipes to make it equippable from rank 30, 40 and 50 and scale down the rolls accordingly.
Along side a recipe for upgrading artifacts again this could be a nice update.
