I popped a SIF +50 boost and the eternity splinter boost on a freshly started green prestige rocket raccoon running through story mode. After about an hour of gameplay, I have yet to see a single eternity splinter. This seemed extremely atypical to me so I wanted to ask if anyone else is experiencing similar issues.
