I put in a ticket 8/15 and I have gotten the email update that my ticket was received. I have since updated that ticket with new information. That new information shows up at: (d5.parature.com/ics/support) Marvel Heroes Support Center page. However, my emails still only show the original ticket but nothing about the updated information. I'm asking here because the last time I updated a ticket the new updated information also posted to my email and honestly I'm not sure what forum to post in.
Considering the nature of my ticket I am very anxious to figure out how to proceed (I was hacked).
