Please help me d3d9 issue

Hello to all,

I have install the game last night and when I try to open it I get the following error; "Failed to create the d3d9 device! This can happen if the desktop is locked. Exiting..."

I use windows 10 on a regular HP PC.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
