New Patch Issues

Greetings @AgentVapor @PsiLocke It was announced that today's patch has some fixes and the correction of minor changes, but there's still some issues that I wish to list:

*Quotes are from the announcement:

*The health of all bosses in Cosmic Patrol zones has been reduced slightly. Additionally the health of triple boss waves in Hightown Patrol was higher than intended and has been corrected.

Tested today all patrol zones and I noticed that bosses from CHT and CICP still have a significant large amount of HP compared to what it was in version 1.20. I tried it on a group and solo, but it's taking a relevant amount time to kill them than it was before. I should mention that at some boss waves the time limit almost ended. My character is full geared (69/80 at 5k omegas) and I'm aware of blessings changes. I have also tested swaping blessings to see some difference and didn't noticed any relevant change. Please, verify it. I expect this to be fixed because I do like patrol zones.

*Fixed an issue that was causing players to take slightly more damage from enemy attacks than intended in level 60 zones.

I noticed that Skrull Cyclops and Batroc hit is still overtuned. One hit can almost kill my toon.

*Iron Legionnaire Mini-Bosses in Times Square Terminal have increased cooldown time between power usage.

That was been corrected, but Ultron from Times Square have higher damage than Ultron from One Shot. I don't know if it's intentional. Is it?

-There's also an issue that was not listed on today's patch and it shown up since patch 1.21: this one affects toons with teleport movement. Sometimes (and it's completely random) when using teleport movement, the screen will "blink", instead of moving smoothly to the target where the toon has teleported. Like I said, it's random and it disrupts the gameplay a lot.

-Loots are disappearing/not showing even when pressing "alt" key. This one has been noticed by the developers and it is expected to be fully corrected at the next patch.

I will edit this post if I encounter more issues/bugs.
