question about the forum guidelines

i read them for myself....and nowhere do i see it saying i cant make a thread about "quitting"...these are the guidelines i read: https://forums.marvelheroes.com/discussion/12/marvel-heroes-forums-code-of-conduct#latest
nowhere does it talk about making a thread about "quitting"...just pointing that out because i have been told both by posters and a moderator that it was against the guidelines...apparently it is not
