Alright, here are some real leveling numbers based on 100% free players (NOT NOOB players, free players).
So at level 1 i have 432% xp boost
200% synergy
20% from godkiller
3 intel from pet
100% xp boost from sinister
50% cup from taskmaster?
33% from cupcake
7% from achievement pot
2 intel from daily news buff
Juggs base intel
NO gear other then pet/godkiller.
At level 30, i did intel omegas, giving me a total of 473% xp boost.
After (all story mode bosses) shocker, level 7. Doc Oct level 16. Taskmaster 18. Hood 23. Electra 27. Bullseye 31. Kingpin 39. Juggs 41. Maggs 45. Sinister 49. Aim story 58. Talk to heimdall brings me to 60. This in total took 17 minutes of boost timers, and again is 100% free.
