Help please.
The Odin Blessing tooltip says "If you have a offensive, defensive and utility blessing equipped, when you use a power it grants +1 to all attributes for 10 seconds".
Is there a cooldown after 10 seconds?
I tend to use powers...like all the time. If there isn't a cooldown I'd be granted +1 attributes always up.
So if there is no cooldown...why did the devs add the "for 10 seconds" part?
