Give heroes with vehicles also a sprint travel power

Combat wise, the bike controls are clunky and has a delay in start/end and most of the times the bike isnt visible.
Aesthetically, the bikes only looks good on a specific set of costume. Like Teen Cyclops doesn't ride a bike or Ronin Wolverine.
And only Ghost Rider makes sense that the bike pops out of nowhere, other heroes looks like they just jumped and crapped out a bike from their butt. Make the vehicles an optional travel power.
