I have read multiple threads on the topic of WHICH Legendary is best, how they got nerfed, all the problems with exchanging them, and how much Norn Stones still suck. Since nothing in the game is telling me where to go and my searches on this forum have come up short, I must ask directly.
Where do I buy them? Who sells them? How much are they? Anything else I should know?
