So last night i wanted to buy a 2100G bundle via paypal,i tried once didn't work,i tried directly via VISA,didn't work also.So i thought my money isn't enough in my card,so i bought a 1000G,after 1 min i decided to try to buy another 1000G,and surprise,it worked.So i opened a ticket and the support says to me he can't give those 100G to me because in short "it's not his job",thats the billing support.So may i ask what is the billing's support job? I am not being petty over 100G but i don't like to be made a fool.
