Has anyone ever got ban with unreasonable excuse before?
Well... about 2 months ago I got banned for a reason that I've never committed. The ban was for violation of term of service .Here is the exact quote: "Due to evidence of account selling, you have been banned. You may review the Terms of Service here: https://marvelheroes.com/content/terms-of-service"
I don't know how Gazillion conclude that I'm selling the account. All I did was writing a request for account name change which I haven't been done for years. With the Civil War event, I wanted to change to something new so I decided to change my name. I have attempted to email them through appeals@marvelheroes.com, explaining to them that they wrongfully ban me but I've never received any replies from them.
I am making this post to ask if anyone out there got ban with random reasons that you never actually did and maybe able to get some attentions from some Devs here who can help me out. As for as I know, sending email to appeals@marvelheroes.com won't work. They've never read or they just ignore me.
P/S: my old username is WandererX. I've been their old customers for a very long time, supporting them, even bought one of the founder pack from them and now not even a reply from them.
