Ultron Terminal (Green/Red Time Square) is tuned too high

I am running Green Time Square at level 56 (Cosmic) and I am constantly dead. This is ridiculous. Why does a sub-60 content need to be so difficult? I understand gearing up after 60, but there is no gearing up sub-60. I have every gear slot filled with rank 5 i70 legendary and 10k omegas. Yet I am eating the floor majority of the time on Green Terminal.
Please look into this.
