Heroes Updates List (With help from the Community)

Hello, everyone. I made a list detailing every hero and their particular needs in terms of game balance. This list is basically from me lurking throughout the forums and reading through feedback and is common knowledge if you are active in the forums daily. I just figured it be nice to have an actual list.

The order of list is kind of me taking the whole tier system the community’s using on power levels and reversing it. However, to avoid confusion (and keep the peace), the heroes in the tiers are alphabetized.

Without any further ado:

Tier One- Design Updates (Spider Man/Emma Frost levels of work)

Description: Heroes with outdated kits, powers, mechanics, the whole nine-yards and are forced to work even harder than the newer heroes being released or heroes who have been recently reviewed. These are heroes who need the maximum level of care and attention from both the community and Gazillion to be successful. Heroes in this Tier are heroes more than likely on the Dev's priority list.

Tier Two- Quality of Life Reviews (Ghost Rider/Daredevil levels of work)

Description: Heroes with kits that are considered outdated, however they don’t require AS much attention as Design updates. Unlike those listed above, these heroes need more thematic and mechanical pushes for modernizing their power sets rather than complete overhauls to their kits (Specializations, etc.). These are heroes who have above-average need for care and attention, however they will most likely be worked on when resources and time become available to the developers. Heroes in this tier are more than likely on the back burner, but still one of the priorities nonetheless to be eventually worked on.

Tier Three- Follow Ups

Description: These are Heroes who have recently, or in the recent past, reviewed or is a new release but are in need of some kind of follow-up update. These heroes would most likely be worked on when it’s most opportune or most urgent (New Heroes or recently updated) and at the discretion of the devs. (This list also includes heroes that might be considered “Cream of the Crop” tier already, but have factors that add them (Movie and TV Show appearances). Heroes in this tier are most likely in a state of being constantly monitored by the devs.

Tier Four- Cream of the Crop

Description: These are heroes that are considered to be at a good place and are unlikely to receive updates, reviews, or follow ups before the ones listed above them. Heroes in this tier are widely considered to be functional, but can still subject to change.

If you feel that I made a mistake on these lists, feel free to correct me. Also if you feel a hero should be up or down a tier, please go ahead and leave a reason as to why.
