are omega orbs not registering properly?

for some days now I started noticing that sometimes when picking up a omega orb from raids or omega orb crates from achievements it wouldn't always show the usual "Omega Point Earned" notification, at first thought it was just a visual bug but while was starting chapter 10 for the 3 skill points and got a omega orb crate from skrull elektra the same happened and got no notification but at the end of chapter 10 when it gives another orb crate I paid attention to my omegas before opening and had 130 omegas to use, after picking up the orb no notification as well and still had the 130 instead of 131
is this a bug or am I missing something?
