Posted this in the items section but did not get a reply. I got a lvl 80 Nullifier from a cake lootsplosion and have it at level 4. With my 4 Hela blessings, I have like a 37% chance of brutal strike and something like a 569% of normal damage for brutal rating. Sadly, when I am fighting, I do not see a lot of huge red numbers or massive chunks of health taken from enemies as I thought I would. I was thinking about adding some brutal shades to see if that makes a difference but I may have to trade this one in for a different legendary. Anyone still using Nullifier?
