What hero do you love (from comics/movies/cartons/etc.) but you found disappointing when played?

Conversely, is there a hero you didn't really care for, but ended up being one of your favorite heroes?

I'd like to note that I think Gazillion did a fantastic job hitting the right hero fantasy with each hero. Even when two heroes are based on the same archetype and the same kinds of powers, they still feel different, i.e. Iron Man and War Machine feel distinct (though probably not enough). Of course no hero is perfect, but the issue I found regarding this subject tended to do with me not liking the play style of a hero, not necessarily me feeling that a hero doesn't feel like the hero.

The hero I probably ended up being the most disappointed with was Thor. I think the hero definitely feels like the hero--a tanky powerhouse with the ability to devastate with lightning. Thor truly feels like a god when I play him. My problem is that the hero just feels incredibly clumsy to me. I'm not necessarily saying the hero is--I only leveled Thor to the 30s because I wasn't enjoying him, but something about the hero just doesn't click for me. I found this disappointing, as Thor wasn't just the first hero I bought, but the first costume I bought as well.

Also, can we have All-Black the Necrosword as Thor's next costume?

The hero that I was most uninterested in playing, but ended up loving is probably Ant-Man, who was my main for a while. He's just so fantastic--he feels great, he looks great (first movie costume) and he's not bad at all. The only disadvantage is that he probably only has one build you can do the hard stuff on, but it's fun as heck so why not.

It got me started on reading Nick Spencer's and Ramon Rosana's run on Ant-Man, which I never felt like doing before. And I can say that it's absolutely antastic.

I almost forgot to add the time Scott Lang beat Doom up--Betty White had a better chance at beating Conor McGregor in a fight than Doom did against Scott.

It's a wonder how Doom's ego is still intact, after having been humiliated by so many heroes.
