Playable Bishop Idea

I love Bishop, so i made this:

Power Trees:

Energy Absorption:
Absorb Energy (basic, passive, increases temporary total energy for every time Bishop is hit with a energy damage attack up to x amount)
Energy Blast (basic, deals ranged energy damage, requires absorb energy)
Concussive Spring (deals ongoing, radius, energy damage and stuns, requires absorb energy)
Energetic Regeneration (Increases health regeneration, passive, requires absorb energy)
Dynamic Strength (Increases strength and durability, passive, requires absorb energy)
Energy Conduit (Increases energy, passive, requires absorb energy)
Charged Punch (melee, deals physical damage and energy damage, requires absorb energy)
Energy Aura (Bishop gains invulnerability for x amount of time, requires absorb energy)
Energy Barrage (Signature, Charges up and deals heavy energy damage in a wide arc, requires absorb energy)

Doomed Timeline:
Mutant Brand (passive, has a chance to frighten foes for x amount of time)
Rough Childhood (Increased Durability and Fighting, passive)
On the Run (Increases movement speed by x for x amount of time)
Head for cover (barrel roll forwards stunning foes, and increasing dodge chance and ranged damage by x for x amount of time, movement)
Dirty Kick (kicks the target stunning them and dealing physical damage)
Resilient Spirit (passive, gain health per enemy defeated and reduce spirit cost for all Doomed Timeline powers)
Street Smarts (passive, increased credit drop and xp gain, as well as increased damage vs minions)
Sentinel Hunter (passive, deals more damage to machines and robots)

X.S.E. Officer:
Energy Rifle (rapid fire, ranged, energy damage)
X.S.E. training (increased fighting, dodge, and xp gain)
Recharge energy gun (active: Sacrifice health and spirit to increase energy damage for x amount of time, passive: bonus spirit per orb)
Heavy Pistol (ranged attack, deals heavy physical damage)
Dual Pistol Barrage (Whilst alternating pistols, Bishop repeatedly shoots the target, each shot deals more damage, deals ranged physical damage)
Energy Shot gun (ranged energy damage attack that does more damage at closer range)
Shank (melee, physical damage, bleeding)
Veteran Officer (gain health and decrease spirit cost per enemy killed)
Concussive Grenade (area, knockback, physical damage)
Cryoplasmic round (shoots a cryo bullet at the enemy to freeze the target)
Time Jump (teleport behind a foe and backhand them dealing physical damage)

Ultimate: Mechanical Arm (passive: Increases strength, energy, and deflect projectile chance, active: lash out with two clawed tendrils that stun and bleed the target, then teleport behind them and blast them with heavy energy damage)

Gear:
Slot one: Rifle
Slot two: Boots
Slot three: Bodysuit
Slot four: Belt
Slot five: Pistol
