Okay so it's been a few weeks since this news broke: UBITUS WILL BE PUBLISHING MARVEL HEROES 2016 IN ASIA

And earlier today, some of my fellow players in Korea have found this webpage:

The page is written in Korean, and it's some sort of a contact form set up by Ubitus. I don't think the link is publicly accessible yet, although it seemed as if the said company was prepping a Korean-only blog for PR purposes. (The blog was accessible briefly, but now there is nothing to see there.)

So one of the players rang up Ubitus' Korean office and asked straightforwardly about what's going on, and here's what he was answered with:

TRANSLATION of OP
One of the reps from Ubitus did call me back with more info.
He says nothing's set in stone as to how to "deal with" the accounts (of the players in Asia) on the U.S. servers.
But he DID CONFIRM they are setting up "separate" servers.

That's just about all I know thus far regarding today's development on this "separate servers for Asian region" matter.

And while I do think someone from UBITUS and familiar with the matter should be able to shed more light on this, I would still like to hear from @Ryolnir (not sure who else to tag in this case) what's the game plan here for Gaz/Ubitus partnership in Asia, what will it mean to the players located in the region (e.g. Possibility of account migration? Faster connection speed?), and how are you going to ensure everything WILL work smoothly (including patches, events, in-game stores, etc.) with separate servers.
