First you'd need to not allow spraypainting in hubs because it would get a bit crazy. Then change the time on it to 10 minutes outside of hubs. This would allow us to use the spraypaints as markers for raids, etc. When teaching new people where to go and what to do. At least then they'd be somewhat useful instead of taking up space.
