I have seen all of this, except for 69 upgrades, and AXIS Raid Unique Items crafting recipes. I remember being told these will come with red axis, but red axis won't come until all the characters are on par with each other. Green axis came out at the beginning of April, but still no recipes, or red Axis. I have received a gift from RNjesus that was my something something slot 2 that I don't care about from onslaught but I want Essence of Jinn. If it is craftable with the current raid currencies please make it available before red axis for those with the high enough influence for it. If the Thanos raid comes out with new uniques Jinn might not even be the best anymore, so let me have it while it is pleassssssse :(
I don't see why these two things can't be released now, even if you need the new currency (champions commendations) I want to know how much. Since they were planned to be released eventually they should be included in the hero balancing anyways so before all the heroes are "equal" we should be able to make sure we can make them to the best of what they can be if these raid unqiues help them or not.
