As some of you may know, since the anniversary update of Marvel Heroes, Geforce Experience no longer "finds" Marvel Heroes installed in your PC to optimize. This has been reported to NVIDIA by some people but it seems so far they have ignored it.
Hopefully maybe the Devs here can contact NVIDIA and solve this issue. @Doomsaw @Ryolnir @Rockjaw @Heretic

Meanwhile, I found a workaround to make Geforce Experience recognize the game:
1- Go into your Marvel Heroes folder where the game executable is. (If you use Steam this should be Steam\SteamApps\common\Marvel Heroes\UnrealEngine3\Binaries\Win3)
2- Find MarvelHeroes2015.exe and rename it to MarvelGame.exe
3- Open Geforce Experience, tell it to rescan for games (make sure your game folder or Steam folder is listed).
4- It should now recognize Marvel Heroes again. Optimize.
5- Rename the executable back to MarvelHeroes2015.exe
And you're done.
Have fun!

Alternate Method:
If you have the Test Center installed, you can copy MarvelGame.exe from there into the live game's folder (same as above). No need to replace any files as there shouldn't be any MarvelGame.exe in the live game folder.
Just leave it there. Geforce Experience will recognize it and function, but this executable shouldn't affect the actual game in any way.
