Basic idea: The hero with the least amount of playtime is chosen at the beginning of the month and on a certain week, say cosmic week or such, that hero gets bonus xp gain, bonus rif and sif chances, a special bonus quest for an ultimate upgrade token. During this week, the developers open up a thread for suggestions and try and focus on some feedback for this hero to try and bring them up to speed with other heroes in fun/skill/playability, etc etc. Each hero is limited to one time per year.
This gives people a bonus to play an otherwise forgotten hero and should get some discussion going on how to fix that hero. Of course, this means the hero rework team has to be on board for this task, but it does give a greater amount of input and feedback, and at the least, helps broaden peoples hero-choice, while also stimulating sales for the hero in costumes, etc etc.
